Stephen Boulos – Junior Sous Chef
Stephen was born in Ile Bizard, Quebec in 1991 and grew up in Burlington. Stephen was always very interested in math and science and he decided to pursue kinesiology at Brock University. In order to pay for school, he worked in kitchens as a line cook. It wasn’t long before he realized that his true passion was cooking. Stephen made the decision to change his career path and he attended the culinary program at George Brown College. After graduating with honours, Stephen began expanding his culinary vocabulary and learning as many new styles and techniques as he could.
Stephen first joined the Stone House team in October 2016 until May 2018. He left briefly and recently returned in the position of Junior Sous Chef in April 2019.
He continues to grow stronger and more confident as a chef every day. Stephen was recently married and in his spare time loves music, is an active drummer and enjoys baseball.
