Ryan Capp –¬†Executive Chef

 

Ryan has wanted to cook since he was in grade five. He graduated from Georgian College in 2011. Ryan started to work in kitchens at the age of seventeen as a dishwasher and worked his way up through the years. He has worked in a variety of restaurant settings including private golf courses including Cedar Brae and York Downs; Elmhurst Resort; as well as several restaurants including Churchill’s, one of the top 50 restaurants in Canada.

 

Ryan first joined the Stone House team in September 2016 as a line cook and in November of the same year, he was promoted to Junior Sous Chef. He left for one and a half years to North Bay with his fiancé and returned to Stone House in March 2019 and was quickly promoted to the position of Executive Chef.

 

Ryan was married in July 2018 and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and he loves doing community work and giving back. One of his passions is leading scout groups in cooking food for 360 kids.
