Stephen Boulos – Sous Chef

Stephen was born in Montreal and grew up in Burlington.  He started working in restaurants in high school to help to fund his university tuition.  It was during this period that Stephen fell in love with cooking and learning new foods and techniques.  Stephen dropped out of Brock University to change career paths and go to culinary school to further his love of food.  Stephen graduated George Brown Culinary Management Program with honours.  Stephen knew that he had found his path.

Stephen has worked steadily in several high end restaurants until starting at Stone House in October 2016 as a line cook.  He was recently promoted to the position of Sous Chef and he is eager to learn the managerial aspects of running a kitchen.
