Joseph Ridley – Junior Sous Chef

Joe was born in England and moved to Canada at the age of eight where he was raised in Burlington with his family.

Joe started to work in restaurants at the age of 16 and he fell in love with cooking and the fast-paced environment immediately. Joe knew that he had found his niche and that this was the career that we wanted to pursue. Joe decided to attend Liaison College where he graduated. Joe has worked in restaurants, retirement homes and dabbled in catering during his career. He has enjoyed all areas for different reasons and he has been able to gain valuable experience from each field.

Joe has worked at Stone House for over six years, starting as a line cook and being promoted to Junior Sous Chef.  Although Joe is proficient in different areas within the kitchen, he is definitely the ‘Pasta King’ of Stone House!
